NHC is a leader in valuating hotel properties, restaurants, etc. in Scandinavia and across Europe. NHC has a unique expertise and knowledge of hotel transactions, the level of return required and what is sought after from an investor standpoint, the development of the hotel market and much more. NHC bases its valuations on a thorough review of operations and mathematical calculations based on the "discounted cash flow method". NHC performs valuations for both investors and banks.
